Evaluation of 10 Finnish framework NGOs

The Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland maintains special partnership agreements with ten NGOs. To develop this scheme further and to draw lessons from the past three years of implementation, the Ministry announces an overall evaluation of the programme.
