Carlsson’s 1% headache

Development Minister Gunilla Carlsson played with the idea of lowering the Swedish aid level during an appearance at a liberal think thank recently. But the coalition’s partners in Sweden’s multi-party Centre-Right government reject the idea of tampering with today’s 1 per cent of GNI target.
