SN Power's aggressive takeover strategy funded by aid

The Norwegian government has so far this year spent almost NOK 1 billion from the aid budget on acquisitions of hydropower plants and water rights in the Philippines and Peru. Critics say this should be compared against alternative uses of aid that better reflect Norwegian development priorities.
