Angola corruption. Sida freezes SEK 40m

As a result of suspected corruption at the Angola office of the Electoral Institute of Southern Africa (EISA), involving about SEK 200,000 in Swedish aid funds, Sida has frozen at least SEK 40 million in support to EISA offices in other countries.
