Swedish SIPU (now FCG) tests Danish aid market

The Swedish public service management consultancy SIPU International has teamed up with COWI in joint tenders for two Danida-financed contracts - on local government development in Russia and on public sector reform in the Ukraine. Final decisions on the selection of consultant are pending.
