Solheim wants empirical data on capital flight, tax havens

Norway will lead a task force that aims to give international prominence to the problem of tax havens. The decision will be announced at a conference of the Leading Group of Innovative Finance for Development in Seoul this week. Norway has also asked the World Bank to carry out a study on tax havens and capital flight from developing countries.
