Bondevik to push Ban Ki-moon on UN reform

As former Norwegian PM Kjell Magne Bondevik winds up his assignment as a UN envoy, he reflects on his dealings with the multitude of UN agencies in Africa. When he delivers his report to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon later this month, Bondevik will urge him to push forward with UN reform.
