Cambodian NGOs keep up pressure on Nordics

The two Nordic donors, Sweden and Norway, that financed a major hydropower planning exercise in Vietnam during 1999-2006 are under pressure from Cambodian NGOs to address impacts on villagers downstream in Cambodia.
