MOPAN: room for improvement at World Bank

The third MOPAN report, which reflects nine donors’ perceptions of how the World Bank works in the field, provides a mixed picture. It suggests that the Bank still pursues its own goals and must become more responsive to recipients’ needs. Perceptions of UNFPA and UNAIDS are quite positive.
