Malloch Brown: ‘an open fair process’

Critical reports in the Norwegian press have questioned the transparency of the selection process. Dagbladet pointed out that Mark Malloch Brown, Kofi Annan’s Chief of Staff, encouraged Kemal Dervis to apply for the UN top job.
