Statistics Sweden off the hook

The Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) has concluded that it was by “pure mistake" that Statistics Sweden gave out contracts worth a total value of SEK 4.4 million to four consultancy firms for a Sida-financed IT project in Croatia without following the Swedish Public Procurement Law.
