Aid should not be pegged to oil revenues

Norwegian development aid should increase as Norway gets richer. However, aid should not be pegged to oil revenues. Aid should be independent of how and where our income is generated, write Ivar Kolstad, Senior Researcher and Arne Wiig, Research Director at Chr. Michelsens Institute.
