Danish Ministry takes control of PSD evaluation

Following heavy criticism of the of the Danish Private Sector Development (PSD) programme, Development Minister Ulla Tørnæs indicated in June that a thorough analysis would be carried out. (See DT9/05) But the coming evaluation may not turn out to be as independent as expected.
