Right Livelihood denied charity status, considers leaving Sweden

The lawyers of the Right Livelihood Award Foundation, which issues an annual award to environment and peace activists - the so-called “Alternative Nobel" Prize - have recommended that the foundation move to Germany.

The foundation is now considering closing its offices in Stockholm after 25 years.
