Tsunami aid pledges strain Finnish, Danish humanitarian budgets

Combined pledges made by the four Nordic countries make up the sixth largest amount of assistance promised for the tsunami disaster, 7.6 per cent of the global total so far, according to the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA).
