NORAD frame agreements finalised

The Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD) has finalised a total of nine framework agreements with private consultancy firms. These nine consortia represent 50 consultancy firms and freelancers; most of them Norwegian, but with a few Swedish, Danish and British entities.
