Indufor becomes subsidiary of Savcor Group

The Finnish Mikkeli-based Savcor Group has gained a majority ownership in the Finnish consultancy company Indufor. Savcor purchased the majority shares of the Finnish Forest and Park Service (Metsähallitus) and now owns 62 per cent of Indufor. Management owns the rest. Indufor will be merged with Savcor Forest Oy within the Savcor Group.
