NORAD rejects Bjørklund’s complaint over Yanji tender

The Norwegian aid agency NORAD has rejected a complaint from Bjørklund-Gruppen, a Norwegian firm that was disqualified from a tender for delivery of equipment and services to the Yanji Waste Water Treatment Project in China.
