Confusing dual structure of GAVI causing tension over funding

A report on the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization concludes that the structure of GAVI is confusing for donors and is leading to tensions over competition for vaccine funding with GAVI’s partners, especially UNICEF and WHO.
