Norway aims to keep No. 1 spot on DAC donor list

The Norwegian government presented its new white paper on development policy last week. The paper integrates Norwegian foreign aid policy with the UN Millenium Goals and reconfirms the government’s commitment to increase Norwegian aid to 1 per cent of Gross National Income (GNI).
