Norway’s first untied credit: Swedish Purac wins tender for China project, disqu

Swedish PURAC/Kaldnes has won an international tender for delivery of the Yanji Waste Water Treatment Project, financed by the first Norwegian untied mixed credit. The Norwegian firm Bjørklund-Gruppen had the lowest price, but was disqualified in the technical evaluation. Bjørklund has filed a complaint on the outcome of the tender.
