Norway writes off controversial loan

Pakistan’s debt to Norway amounts to NOK 287 million and refers to three export credits. A large share originates from an ABB Nera contract amounting to NOK 270 million for the export of radio communication equipment to the Pakistani National Logistical Cell (NLC).
