Former Danish Minister, Nobel laureate to advise UNEP

The former Danish Environment Minister Svend Auken and Nobel Prize-winning economist Amartya Sen will head a committee to oversee and advise the Executive Director of the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) Klaus Töpfer.
