EC rejected MOPAN scrutiny by Norway and Canada

The Multilateral Organisations’ Performance Assessment Network (MOPAN) had to call off an assessment of the European Commission’s (EC) aid performance in the field. EC does not want to be scrutinised by Norway and Canada, two non-EU members of the MOPAN network.
