Indo-Norway cooperation: slow start for matchmaking programme

One year ago, the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD) launched a new programme to increase commercial cooperation between Norway and India. During its first year of operation, the programme resulted in one agreement between a Norwegian and an Indian company.
