EC anti-fraud office documents ‘well-organised financial fraud’ in aid

Fraud in EU aid is “complex and well-organised", according to the EC’s anti-fraud office. EuropeAid’s Director General Koos Richelle comments that if this is a problem for the EC, it is also likely a problem for the Member States.
