Singing praises of Norway’s untied mixed credit regime

Lars Ingvar Nilsson, Chair of Purac China, has worked with soft loan financed projects in the water sector since 1993. He says to Development Today that he has never experienced a system that is more open than the current Norwegian mixed credit scheme.
