Ownership transfers from Statkraft to SNPI delayed

Two years ago when Statkraft and NORFUND combined NOK 1 billion in capital to form the hydropower investment company Statkraft Norfund Power Invest (SNPI), it was announced that Statkraft’s ownership of two existing dams in Laos and Nepal would be transferred to the new company. This has still not occurred.
