Sida proposes humanitarian aid guidelines

Sida has drafted proposals for its first set of guidelines on humanitarian aid. The Foreign Ministry is also working on principles of the humanitarian aid support it channels through the UN. These will be combined into a report on Swedish humanitarian aid to be tabled before the government by the end of the year.
