Norway sharpens tools in peace building

A new report referred to as a strategic framework for Norway’s role in peace building was launched by Development Minister Hilde Frafjord Johnson recently. Norway will give priority to areas where it has been involved in the peace process, like Sudan. Conflict analysis will be developed for cooperation countries to avoid Norwegian aid worsening conflicts. However, the report has no references to the war on terror and how this can affect peace building.
