Finnish tenders in Vietnam and Nicaragua

The Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs invites consulting companies and institutions to tender for the Rural Development Programme Phase II in Thua Thien Hue province of Vietnam. The purpose of the programme is to increase the efficiency and poverty impact of existing livelihood, infrastructure and administrative systems.
