‘Totally paranoid’ in Addis Ababa

Finnish Development Minister Heidi Hautala did not mince her words during a seminar in Helsinki this month. The subject was how to promote human rights, the rule of law, democracy and good governance in the current decade, and her example was Ethiopia.
