Donor support for affirmative action could boost SDGs
Affirmative action programmes in areas like education and political representation could strengthen marginalised groups and be a way of meeting the SDGs on reducing inequality. A new study by Rachel Marcus of Overseas Development Institute says donors should consider supporting quota schemes.
