Board dissolves 'old' NORSAD, Nordic DFIs step in

The Board of Governors of the Nordic-African investment fund NORSAD has decided to dissolve the agency and transfer its assets to a new entity owned mainly by public development financing institutions (DFIs). States can become shareholders in the new entity, which needs a capital injection of USD 36 million.
