Sweden winds up Baltic aid worth SEK 4b after 14 years

Sweden is terminating a year ahead of schedule one of its last bilateral aid projects in the Baltics.

The decision marks the end of one of the final projects in the fourteen-year Swedish aid intervention in the Baltic region which was, from 1990, worth some SEK 4 billion.
